7.1 All legal relations between the Vereinigung and the user are exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. 

7.2 Frankfurt am Main is agreed as the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes between the Vereinigung and the user arising from or in connection with the use of the website, provided that the user is a merchant.
